We are a leading Managed Service Provider MSP offering outsourced remote network management products to the Cisco Systems enabled enterprise. We focus on Cisco's Advanced Technologies providing Voice Over IP VOIP, IP-Telephony and Security solutions.

As a sales person responsible for new business development you play a key role in finding, developing, designing and forging long term customer relationships for new Cisco System IP-Telephony solutions, Network Security solutions and 2nd day Remote Network Management solutions.

Your primary customers are the Small-to-Medium companies with 250 to 1000 employees located throughout the Delaware Valley. You will be calling on the Chief Information Officer CIO or the Chief Financial Officer CFO providing business solutions that reduce your customer’s day-to-day operating costs and improves their IT infrastructure availability and performance. You will also interact with Cisco Systems sales people, and with our own Cisco Systems engineer’s and administrative team.

You will be expected to develop new business by securing appointments with “C” level executives to discuss our solutions, through conventional telemarketing plus any other partnering you develop. You will be measured on your ability to get appointments, propose solutions, accurately forecast and you will paid upon closing new business. Through these activities you will gain valuable skills and gain unique experience that fosters career growth and development. We will provide intensive product training and early sales call mentoring.

 REQUIREMENTS

Sales Experience Requirements:

  • Demonstrated skill to prospect successfully into the Small Medium Business IT marketplace and develop product interest and secure appointments with “C” level executives.
  • Demonstrated the ability to determine your prospects business need in context to our ANP/Cisco solutions.
  • Demonstrated the ability to interview "C" level executives, present written proposals demonstrating a financial Return-On-Investment, qualifying the prospect and closing the business.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and meet a monthly quota. You will be required to forecast revenue production and will be measured on your ability to close your forecasted business.
  • Document your ability to sell in a competitive space and retain Gross Profit Margin, your compensation for hardware sales in based upon realized GPM.
  • Possess the ability to collaborate with technical IT personnel and engineers and also work closely with business managers and administrative employees.
  • Documented sales quota attainment.
  • Documented earnings growth.

Short Term Performance Objectives:

1.     Establish in 30 days of hiring, a consistent number of appointments with “C” level executives through conventional telemarketing and other creative partnering.

2.     Learn ANP’s 2nd Day Remote Managed Service product line within 30 days of hiring; and be able to present the features and benefits within 60 days of hiring. Training material provided by ANP and learned independently by you.

3.     Learn Cisco Systems IP-Telephony and Security product lines. Within 60 days be able to describe to a customer the virtues of one product over another. Training material provided by ANP and learned independently by you.

4.     Increase your ability to determine customer needs by interviewing the prospect and developing product proposals from that needs interview within 60 days of hiring. Sales call mentoring provided by ANP management for the first 60 days.

5.     You will be measured and managed on the number of: Calls you place a day, the number of appointments you secure per week, the number of proposals and the resulting sales.

6.     You will also be asked to forecast your monthly business, and will be measured on your forecast accuracy.

7.     All Customer relationship and performance activity is recorded by you in Salesforce.com. Training will be provided by ANP. You will use the tool beginning on your first day of employment.
