ANP Network Operations Center

ANP built our Network Operations Center (NOC) in 1999 when we first began offering Dedicated High Speed Internet connectivity.  Our NOC has grown since then from a single product delivery platform to multiple products and technologies.  ANP has invested over three quarters of a million dollars in best of breed equipment and software over the last couple of years.

Today the ANP Network Operations Center is staffed twenty-four hours a day during the week with networking experts who answer our customers' questions and respond to automated alarms and alerts.  The NOC resolves thousands of alarms for some of Philadelphia's largest companies.

The equipment infrastructure was built with peak performance and redundancy in mind.  The data circuit infrastructure is based on OC3 Fiber access with a Sonet ring between two Verizon C/O's.  All critical components have automatic fail over redundancy.  We have a power generator and battery backup with conditioning, smoke and fire alarms.  Due to our success we have run out of room at our Glenside location and have built a new NOC to accommodate for future growth.
