IDS & HID Management

ANP's customized management platforms allow us to collect information every 60 seconds on every managed device in your network.  The IDS management solution provides active management of your intrusion monitoring platforms which is essentially the electronic barrier between your network segments and the Internet.    ANP will remotely manage your sensors to detect suspicious activity on your enterprise networks, repel attacks and stop the Intruder from accessing your internal networks.   ANP security certified engineers will review your IDS Syslogs to detect suspicious activity.  ANP security engineers will also update your IDS platforms with the latest virus and attack signatures.   We use sophisticated Syslog analysis tools to correlate and rate the security events and we notify you of agreed upon threat levels. 

IDS & HID Reporting

Using that collected data, we are able log and graph the type of security threats that the IDS is responding.  We collect 100's of network metrics in our database that can be used as a basis for historical reporting.  Our reports are published daily, weekly and monthly and are available through the customer Web Portal.

Customer Web Portal

While ANP is working all your security issues, you remain in control with complete visibility of your network.  Through our customer Web Portal using a standard browser you can view your IDS status real time, anytime.  Through our Web Portal you can also view your trouble tickets as ANP opens them and works them.  You can see security threats worked real-time, however, when we uncover an incident we also have one of our Network Engineers proactively call or email you with a status.  Our goal is to increase your network awareness while keeping you in control.
