Remote Managed LAN Services
Out task the remote management of your LAN; including the LAN closet switches, Core switch, Layer 3 router, Server platforms and any other managed devices. Advanced Network Products will remotely monitor your LAN infrastructure 24 hours 365 days a year and proactively resolve any network issues that take place. Once a failure is discovered, ANP NOC engineers will use out-of-band dial-up diagnostics to isolate the
cause of the failure and either work the problem remotely or dispatch the equipment contract holder. In any case, ANP owns the problem and resolves the problem in a timely and professional manner.
Customer Web Portal
While ANP is working all your network issues, you remain in control with complete visibility of your network. Through our customer Web Portal using a standard browser you can view your network status real time, anytime. Through our Web Portal you can also view your trouble tickets as ANP opens them and works them. You can see network failures worked real-time, however, when we uncover a
network problem we also have one of our Network Engineers proactively call or email you with a status. Our goal is to increase your network awareness while keeping you in control.
Performance Management/Reporting
ANP's customized management platforms allow us to collect information every 60 seconds on every managed device in your network. Using that collected data, we are able log and graph the reliability and utilization of each LAN switch, LAN based Server and any other managed element including Quality Of Service (QOS) metrics. We collect 100's of network metrics in our database that can be used as a basis for
historical reporting. Our reports are published daily, weekly and monthly and are available through the customer Web Portal.
