Maintenance
Advanced Network Products offers
a maintenance plan to suite every customer need:
- Break/Fix:
Provides the customer who requires a on-site break/fix
solution with a four hour average response time. ANP
offers POS coverage Monday through Friday 8AM to 6PM and an
optional seven day 24 hour support entitlement.
All ANP maintenance contracts
are written on a one, two or three year term. T
ANP also provides for real time
network monitoring and proactive management of network
equipment. Our customer database has documented that 8 out
of 10 network events are not hardware related. Please look
