experience designing and implementing data communication, voice,
video and converged networks. Our Network Operations Center
(NOC) is staffed twenty-four hours a day providing real time expertise to
proactively monitor
and resolve our customers' network issues.
While our
competitors rely on their equipment manufacturers for day-to-day
maintenance coverage, ANP has staffed a full time service
department to answer our customers' questions, perform timely
moves adds and changes, and to handle all break/fix on-site
dispatches. ANP field engineers have a warehouse of
inventoried spare parts to quickly respond to our customers
needs.
ANP's NOC
employees monitor your network assets in a real time basis, and
once we discover a failure, we notify you. ANP's NOC will
call your Telco carrier and open a ticket on your behalf.
ANP's internal ticketing database is available for our
customers' review via our secure customer web portal. When
you out-task
through ANP you remain in control.
