Hardware Maintenance Plans

Advanced Network Products offers a maintenance plan to suite every customer need:

  • Break/Fix: Provides the customer who requires a on-site break/fix solution with a four hour average response time.  ANP offers coverage Monday through Friday 8AM to 6PM and an optional  seven day 24 hour support entitlement.  ANP also  provides the budget conscious customer the ability to have break/fix support on an overnight response time basis.

All ANP maintenance contracts are written on a one, two or three year term.  

ANP also provides for real time network monitoring and proactive management of network equipment.  Our customer database has documented that 8 out of 10 network events are not hardware related.  Please look at our Managed Service Provider and Net eWaresm web sections for more information on out-tasked Managed Service Products.
